National Bank offers mobile banking to both iPhone and Android users. Download the mobile app by searching for National Bank in the App Store or Marketplace.
Current online banking users will use their online banking user name and password to login. New users once you have the APP you will tap to register.

National Bank is pleased to announce our enhanced mobile app with a new look and new features include Mobile Check Deposit*.
Android users will need to delete the old app and download the new app from your app store. Transfer history within the transfer screen will be lost however you will still be able to see it within your account history.
iPhone users will either see an automatic update or if your phone is not set up for automatic update you will see an update for the app in your app store.
These enhancements will require all users to accept new terms & conditions at first login.
Mobile Banking only users will log in with their same username and password however you will be required to establish 3 challenge questions and answers. You will be required to answer one of these established challenge questions before logging in. After 90 days you will be required to change your password, at that time your new password will have to meet the password requirements for online banking users. The criteria will be given to you at that time and going forward the password will be required to be changed every 90 days.
For users who use both mobile & online banking using the same username and password for both will have to answer one of their established online banking challenge questions at rst log in.
For users who use both mobile & online banking but use different credentials for each will be able to choose which set of credentials you want to continue to use. This will allow you to log in to both your mobile app and online banking with the same log in credentials. Follow the directions above based on which set of credentials you decided to use.
*This feature requires an application; some accounts may not be eligible for this service. At our dis- cretion, National Bank will either approve or deny accounts for access to Mobile Check Deposit. This application can be completed by clicking on the more information icon on the log in screen or by clicking on the link found on the My Accounts page within the app or the application can be found within online banking on the support tab or on the services tab within your checking accounts.
